WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital – Health Pavilion Expansion Project
Completed in: Ephrata, PAA $47 million project that increased the size of the Ephrata Health Pavilion from 69,000 square feet to more than 98,000 square feet. Featuring a centralized surgical suite with ten operating rooms, an endoscopy room, and a post-anesthesia care unit.
Scope of work included change out of existing air handlers with new units during a 72 hour shut down.
